Thank you for your consideration in reviewing my resume. I am currently in my rst year at Red Deer
College for my Bachelor of Education in elementary school teaching and would love the opportunity
to work a part time job. I am very personable, hardworking, extremely dependable and always eager
to learn. From the early age of 13 I have earned most of my income from babysitting for an abun-
dance of local families. I am quick to multi task and have the patience to deal with stressful situations.
I have testimonials and references galore that I would gladly share. I spent part of the summer of
2019 doing volunteer work with Wheel Fit Co. in Cold Lake South. I loved the environment it provid-
ed, as well as the team of people I worked alongside. The beginning of April last year I worked part
time at Burger King until the month of August. I then worked part time at Boston Pizza as a hostess
from September 2020 and then became a waitress in April of 2021 until August 2021. I thoroughly
enjoyed the workplace and the people as well. In February of 2021, I was offered a job at the Kids
Timeout Preschool in Cold Lake North as an aid/teacher. I worked there from March up until the end
of the school year in June of 2021. It was a great experience to create new relationships with the
kids, as well as it gave me the opportunity to experience what teaching is all about! Please consider
me for a position at your facility, you will have no regrets.

VOLUNTEER WORK FOR WHEEL FIT CO. — 2019
Cleaned exercise equipment, maintained the merchandise, re-stocked inventory and any extra du-
ties needed.

VOLUNTEER WORK WITH THE BEST BUDDIES CLUB — 2019

Best Buddies is an after school program that gives Cold Lake High School students the privilege to
work with special needs individuals. It takes place once a month from 6:30PM-7:30PM and includes
fun activities and games for both the children with different abilities as well as the students.

Work History:

BURGER KING — 2020

Worked a part time job at the beginning of April. Did drive-thru, cleaned dishes, expedited food,
and any extra duties that were needed. It was a good rst job experience.

BOSTON PIZZA — 2020 - 2021

Worked a part time job as a host from September 2020, but then became a waitress early April of
2021 until mid August. I served, cleaned tables, and helped out the hosts and other staff when need-
ed. I loved the workplace environment, as well as the people I worked with.

KIDS TIMEOUT PRESCHOOL — 2021

Worked as an aid/teacher from March 2021, until June 2021. Helped keep the kids in line, taught
them simple material, and provided a comfortable environment for them. I worked every Monday,

 Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30AM-12PM. This job gave me the opportunity to get a kick-start in
teaching. It allowed me to work with young kids and to develop relationships. This was a job I highly
enjoyed.
