Confirmed Case Process
Notification to Case Mgmt. Lead: Case Management Team Lead Team of a Communications • Receive notice of a confirmed case through Life@Ford • Employee Process • Conduct initial review and assessment of risk with concurrence by confirmed case – • Supervisor Initiated Corporate Medical Initiation of • Initiate contact tracing protocol with Operations Leader(s) if • Designee Intake Process necessary for all cases Identify & Implement Lead: Case Management Team Lead • Notify Corporate Care Team – Operations Leader(s), Ford Cleaning • Only confirmed cases are reported COVID-19 Land, Communications, Corporate Security, Corporate Safety Protocols through Life@Ford and managed by the Corporate Care and People Matters Case Management and Care Teams • Engage Corporate Care Team to align on appropriate Team Review protocols and / or additional playbook actions including (cleaning, securing areas, notifications, etc.) • Initiate contact tracing protocol with Operations Leader(s) Validate Cleaning Lead: Operations Leader(s) Completion Expected • Evaluate business impact with support of Corporate Care Business Team • Initiate Business Continuity Plan(s) – may involve multiple Disruption departments • People Leader follows guidance on response to a confirmed case posted on Life@Ford Resume Standard Lead: Operations Leader(s) Operations Communicate • Cleaning protocol measures in place Actions to • PPE, Social Distancing and other standard Company Employees for protocols (incl. current CDC guidance) Return to Work • Communicate available resources for questions • Confirmed Case – Via test of clinically confirmed based on symptoms • Close Contact – Exposure (within 2 meters for a duration of 15+ minutes) to a confirmed case • Next Level – Exposure (within 2 meters for a duration of 15+ minutes) to a close contact 2
