“The Interconnection of each Parts”

I think Reflective Teacher Model is very helpful to enhance the skills in teaching of the educators.
The cycle begins in the knowledge of self. It is the own understanding or interpretation of the
teacher in a lesson that will be taught in the students. Next to this is the knowledge of students.
Having the discussion in class, the prior knowledge and experiences of the learners will be shown
and recognize as their views about the topic. The diversity of students has a big impact in a
classroom, like their views and experiences in life. The knowledge of schools will help the students
to collide and develop their views and understanding. Every schools have a curriculum. The
knowledge of curriculum will be the guide for the learners in having a deep understanding I a
specific subject. The knowledge of pedagogy will help the teacher to have an easy way of teaching.
It’s about the strategies and techniques to evaluate and assess the learnings of the students. And at
the end, the cycle starts again.

“The Classroom Situations”

First, in reporting there are exchanges of ideas.
Second, in discussion the teacher explains the topic based on her/his personal views.
Third, having examination that evaluates the learnings and understanding of the learners.
