William Harley, Arthur and Walter Davidson formed the Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Section 18. Registration, Incorporation and Commencement of Corporate Existence), which now produces and manufactures distinctive and unique motorcycles that are wanted by millions of people all around the world. It is one of the rare firms that has earned the respect and admiration of both customers and competitors. The Harley Davidson Motor Company's history dates back to 1901, when William and Arthur began developing a bicycle engine. They released their first motorbike in 1903, and the firm has grown steadily since then, becoming one of the most prestigious motorcycle manufacturers in the world. The company's goal was crystal obvious from the start: to become the industry leader and to create the highest quality motorcycles. Although opinions differ on whether the firm succeeded in achieving this goal, Harley Davidson has unquestionably become a legend. The company's annual global gaining increased $4 billion, and it manufactures 200,000 motorcycles each year over 35 models in seven product lines. Based on these figures, it's reasonable to claim that Harley-Davidson is the undisputed leader in the American motorcycle market. It's popular in the motorbike business, as well as in Europe and Japan. Third parties who represent Harley-Davidson are obligated to accept and observe the Harley-Davidson Code and policies (consultants, contractors, distributors, etc.). While the Code is established primarily for Harley-Davidson employees and Board members, they require contractors, contingents, consultants, and others operating on their behalf to adhere to the Code and ethical standards. Mr. Arthur Davidson, one of Harley- founders, Davidson's accepts and participates in a promotion race in order to attract investors and dealerships. As time went on, they became increasingly enamored with winning every race they entered, resulting in the acquisition of several clients and investors. (Section 44: Ultra Vires Acts of Corporations). Harley-Davidson made a stunning recovery from the brink of bankruptcy in 1980. This was partly due to Harley-integration Davidson's of customer service into its products, product distinction via quality and design, and manufacturing emphasis on maintaining a continuous high level of quality. Davidsons' schedule an appointment with a US military official to seek an opportunity to present the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle during the war, and they close the agreement straight away, but Indian Motorcycles Co. steal Harley -Davidsons' Motorcycle design and replicate their prototypes. Harley-Davidson intended to take legal action against Indian, but they already knew that the motorbike design had already been copyrighted by a competitor, and that it would cost them too much money, potentially driving them out of business. William Harley will use another designed of motorcycle with a top speed of 100 miles per hour, prompting the Davidson to reject the Sankyo, Seiyaku Corp. deal. Harley- Davidson perfected the fastest motorcycle in the world in the 1903's and called it the knuckle head with a top speed of 106.38 miles per hour, which they patented right away under Section 133 of the R.A. No. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code, controls the registration and protection of trademarks, trade names and service marks, patents, and copyrights to ensure that firm records and transactions are accurate and verifiable. Comply with all applicable legislation, policies, and standards pertaining to confidential company information. Harley Davidson is identified with independence, adventure, wildness, self-expression, and daring are all words that come to me when I think of adventure. "It is not a destination, it is a journey," it proclaims. Harley-Davidson even has its own set of road music. It was a wonderful marketing technique when it was released in 1994. The firm acquired more clients once the CD was published. "Born to be wild" is one of the most popular songs. This song has become a part of the Harley-Davidson Company's "soundtrack." It has become a classic song that depicts the company's culture. Harley Davidson has stayed true to its heritage and culture, and it continues to symbolize the same principles as it did in the early 1990s.
