General Instructions For Students Attempting Online Examination


1) You will download paper from university exam portal (deexam.suit.edu.pk). Details of portal, user id and
password will be mentioned on your roll number slip.
2) You have 12 hours to solve this question paper.
3) Provide the following information on each page:
i. Roll Number ii. Registration Number iii. Student Name iv. Name of Degree Program
v. Name of Course/ Paper vi. Date of Exam Paper as per roll number slip issued
vii. Page number as per instructions. viii. Student Signatures
4) Write the same question number on answer book / sheet as mentioned on question paper.
5) Solve the paper in your own words because if paper grader reports copying/ cheating, your paper will be
cancelled and UFM case will be initiated against you.
6) In case answers of two or more students match, their paper will be cancelled and UFM case will be initiated
against each student.
7) After attempting your paper completely, recount your attempted questions and arrange your sheets in proper
order and staple those OR tie with thread. The assign page numbers and then scans it and converts it in pdf
format.
8) Time for submission of answer book/ sheets is 12 hours i.e. from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm as per submission date
mentioned on roll number slip.
9) Anyone failing to submit his/ her answer book/ sheet on specified time as per his/ her roll number slip will be
declared ABSENT and late submissions via email or any other mode will not be accepted.
10) Solve your paper by Hand in your own hand writing and do not use MS Word or any other software to solve
paper.
11) Upload the scaned copy of your solved answer book on same portal in PDF format. (maximum size allowed for
solved answer book is 20 MB)
12) Do not try to copy paste from any website, in case plagiarism is found then paper will be cancelled and UFM case
will be initiated against you.
13) You are required to upload solved answer book/sheets on same exam portal (deexam.suit.edu.pk) mentioned
on your roll number slip on prescribed date and time.
14) Please make sure that your answer book which you are uploading is opening properly and is not corrupt. If you
will upload corrupt file or any other file then you will be awarded with ZERO marks.
15) PDF file of Answer book must not exceed 20 MB.
