to others.

dance?

Lina : Really! the video about Kukilo Dance from INDONESIA. I’ll bring the video
tomorrow

THE EXAMPLE OF OFFERING HELP
(Someone enters the post office)

Guest :”Good morning.”


Receptionist:”Hello good morning to our office.”
Guest :”I want to send this package.”
Receptionist:”Please fill this form.”
Guest :”Okay, I will fill it.”
(He is filling the form. 10 minutes laters.)

Receptionist:”It looks like that you are a little bit confused. May I offer my assistance?.”
Guest :”Yes, please. I am glad that you came along.”
Receptionist:”What can I do for you, sir?”
Guest :”I do not know how to fill this part.”
Receptionist:”What part is it?.”
Guest :”Here it is.” (Hand the form)
Receptionist:”Let me see it. Hmm, I see. First, you must fill the address 1 with your full address. Then
for the address 2, you must fill it with the recipient address. Could you do it, sir?.”
Guest :”Yes I think I can do that. But, how to fill this package type?.”

ASKING AND GIVING DIRECTION

Asking for directions

– Could you tell me how to get to the nearest bus station?


– Do you know where the post office is?
– I’m looking for this address. Do you know where it is?
– Excuse me. Am I on the right road for Pondok Indah mall?
– Is this the right way for Pembangunan Jaya School?
Giving Direction
*If someone know the question, give the directions;

Turn right.
Turn left.
Turn left past the bank. ( pass the bank and then turn left )
Turn back. ( go back)
Turn left after the bridge.
Pass the school.
You will cross some traffic lights.
Go over the bridge.
