Introduction

First and Foremost, to give my honest perception on organizational culture, the personal behaviors will be influential key
role in organization. It’s very crucial to understand the individual behaviors will contribute a lot in designing of better and
successful Organizational culture. And still yet, to offer rendering of reading personal mind, behavior and character that
help determine the changing of organization culture are tedious and comprehensive and not just out in our shorthand. The
organization, we interacts our beliefs, communication, values and our assumptions will be the next challenges of our team
face and the choice of our creation that will lift the curtain of our glory.

Case Study on Scenario # 3:

Question A: According to our class theories and concepts, how would you describe the organization culture at Greenery
Plus?

Answer: The open case of Greenery Plus is example of People orientated cultured company on OCP Frame work, values the
fairness, supportiveness and respects the individual rights. The people are their greatest assets, and human enterprise like
Starbuck Corporation. Considering good paid is helpful but not a saver, this is an organization that share people
assumptions, social equality and high quality of relationship promote the collaboration.

Question B: According to our class theories and concepts, how large can such a company get before it needs to change its
culture and structure?

Answer: The case of Greenery Plus had been grown into the largest nursery and Landscaping Business in region until it had
imminent loss under the mall owner bankruptcy, might be empowered to change its culture and structure

Scenario # 4: Perception and Personality

Introduction

It’s fair to say that beyond the struggle to put a word of Perceptions play a big role in interpretation of our surroundings
and stimulation our response in action. But Personality is something that identifies us with other; it is helpful to understand
the stable pattern of human behavior that can change the organization culture.

Question A: According to our class theories and concepts, explain the events in this case in terms of perception and
attitudes. Does personality play a role?
