Dear Mahammad Ismail,

APPOINTMENT AS " Senior Civil Engineer"

With reference to our recent discussions, we Urban science Building Contracting (the "Employers are
pleased to offer you employment under the following terms and conditions (the "offer"):

1. Position:
You will be designated as "Civil Engineer" in Grade E 1.1, located in Dubai, UAE.

2. Scope:
Your scope shall be as discussed. Your employment shall be effective from the date you commence
service with the Employer. The responsibility shall be executed to the full satisfaction of the Management.
You may also be delegated additional responsibilities from time to time. You will be reporting to the Line
manager I Engineer.

3. Terms of Employment:
3.1. You will agree with the Employer a date for commencement of your employment. Any failure to meet the
mutually agreed date for commencement of employment may result in withdrawal of this Offer. However,
the commencement date cannot be extended for more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of
issue of the visa/entry permits, unless extended by the Employer in writing.
3.2. This Offer shall be valid for two (2) calendar days from the date of this Offer and your decisionof
acceptance or refusal of this offer needs to be conveyed to us in writing within the mentioned period.
The Employer has the right to retract the Offer, should you fail to respond within Mo (2) calendar days
as this will render the offer as null and void, with no legal claim whatsoever.

3.3. You are required to submit confirmation of your resignation from your current employment within seven
(7) calendar days of accepting this Offer. The Employer reserves the right to retract the offer of
employment should no response be received from you within this period. Please advise immediately
should there be any difficulty in providing such confirmation.

3.4. This Offer is made in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 8 of 1980, as amended
(the"Labour Law").

3.5. This Offer is subject to (1} obtaining of work permit from UAE Ministry of Human Resources and
Emiratisation, employee identity checks, other requisite permissions and approvals including residence
visa; (2) your being medically fit to reside and work in the UAE; (3) you providing satisfactory references
and (4) you providing originals and copies of your stated educational qualifications.

3.6. The commencement date can be changed / postponed by the Employer without notice.
