ORGANIZATIONAL
ASSESSMENT ?

Organizational Assessment is the


planned systematic review of a
company’s operations, the working
environment or culture, and its
organizational structure. Four
insights guided the development and
evolution of the framework (Lusthaus,
2002, p. 8). The framework
encompasses the following 4 areas:
measuring organizational
performance, understanding the
organizations external environment,
determining organizational
motivation, examining Organizational
capacity (Lusthaus, 2002, p.9)
