1. What is the image saying about the world today?

ANSWER:

For me the image says that the evolution of communication is in our hands and it
depends on how we handle it, through the usage of gadgets like smartphones,
computers with the big help of an internet. Social Media also are interactive
technologies that allow creation or sharing/exchange of information, ideas, interests,
and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks. So because of this
availability of resources, which people can take advantage for the purpose of peaceful
communication, understanding, and also with establishing good relationship with one
another communication has become even easier and simpler for us to navigate. That is
why now a days, communication is really even more effective and efficient through the
use of technology as a tool or as a channel for communicating even how really far we
are from each other around the world and that is how the beautiful of globalization is.

2. What do you think has contributed to the easy access and exchange of information
these days? why?

ANSWER:

For me again, the thing that has contributed to the easy access and exchange of
information these days is the internet or the signals of the internet and technologies.
Because since it is global which is all over the world it is very hard for us to
communicate to the person that is living very far away from us like they are living in
other countries, so if there is no internet and we use the local media like sending them
of mails it took a large of time before they receive the communication that we are
sending to them and that is also how they send their reply to us as vice versa. Not like
now a days, there’s no hassle at all in a minute or a second we can communicate to the
person right away even how really far they are globally.
3. In transacting or communicating in a global setting, what vital preparations must be
done? why?

ANSWER:

In transacting or communicating in a global setting the vital preparations must be done

is our preparedness to use the technology, because in a global setting we need to
cultivate or to develop our skill on how to use the technology specially on social media
we must also know our audience and the things that they got interested so that we can
easily get their trust. And we must listen carefully we must not interrupt to someone is
talking or speaking because listening and showing respect to one another is the best
way on engaging in an effective communication.
