Job Description: Working on Social Projects (Project Kala and Project Annapurna), Infrastructure
development projects and technology development project. Guided by academic advisors and business
experts, the student leaders of Enactus create and implements entrepreneurial projects around the
globe. The experience not only transforms lives, it helps students develop the kind of talent and
perspective that are essential to leadership in an ever-more complicated and challenging world. For the
year 2021, Enactus NITIE plans to scale up its existing projects Kala and Annapurna and organize

Responsible for Organizing one of the most Popular B-School fests, in the country Avartan. Witnessing

Note : Avartan consists of amalgamation of Prerana & Lakshya. Any other committee/Forum interested

Objective: Prerana Management Group (PMG) has a 27-year legacy in co-organizing one of India’s
Biggest Festivals ‘Avartan’. It is a 7-day business festival of NITIE with a series of events including CXO
level talks, Celebrity talk shows, Deciblez (DJ night), Conclaves, National Level case competitions,
Quizzes, Debates and much more.
Since its inception, PMG has been on a progressive path, setting up higher benchmarks every year.
Avartan garners an overwhelming response every year with more than 25+ CXOs, 250+ top corporate
leaders, 8000+ participants and 15000+ footfall from top B-schools of India.
PMG is a central point of contact for all committees/clubs of NITIE to conduct their events in Avartan.
Beyond Avartan, PMG is also responsible for conducting ‘The Informalz’, ‘NITIE Prerana Leadership Talk
Series’ and many more events throughout the year.

- SAMIKSHA is established to provide closer links with industries. The purpose of the committee is to find

Job Description: We, as a committee, are a part of Media and Branding Cluster, with official
responsibility of making and editing videos. This committee has redefined its roles over the years, from
just being a Drama committee to a main arm of Media and Branding Cluster. We, as an official team,
have successfully covered all the events organized by committees during Avartan and plan to do the
same in future as well. We make promo and after movie videos for events. We also cover the event
Sansmaran, our Alum meet. We make farewell videos for the parting batch to cherish the moments
spent in their Alma Mater forever. We also cater to the requests made by our Professors to capture and
make videos for various events.

Job Description: Ethics Committee ensures perfect harmony among all the committees, forums and the
batch.
It is responsible for handling the crucial CV verification process under the guidance and Supervision of
Faculty Placement team.
It helps respective PIC’s of Student Committees and Forums, under the guidance of Dean (SA) during the
selection process for VP, Acad Secretaries, committees and forums.
It will bring to the notice of the PIC, if any unethical practices are followed by any of the Student
Committee/Forum or group of students by following protocols and decorum of the Institute.
Admission Support Team
Objective: The Admissions Committee helps in organizing and handling all admissions related activities,
including aspirant relations across all platforms. We are also responsible for batch merchandising and
batch initiation.
Job Description:
• The Admissions Committee is responsible for coordinating for Admissions portal related
activities and for assisting in communication of all the important dates/activities on behalf of the
Institute.
• The Admissions Committee designs the admissions brochure every year which is uploaded on
the website for the aspirant’s reference.
• The Admissions Committee is responsible for aspirant query handling across all platforms under
the supervision of Chairperson Admission Committee (Facebook, PagalGuy, Quora, etc.)
• The Admissions Committee assist in organizes the entire admissions process – coordinating
GD’s, PI’s and more for about 3500+ shortlisted candidates.
• The Admissions Committee organizes B-Cube, an official event conducted to impart GDPI
training to applicants as well for promotion and branding of the Institute as a whole.
• The Admissions Committee conducts the formal induction for the inducted batch and acts as the
bridge between the Institute and the batch till the induction.

Transformation of rural education: through NEP
Objective : NITIE is proud to announce that our institute is working towards the National
Education Policy initiated by the Government of India. As part of this initiative, our institute will
be supporting government efforts for transforming rural education and creating digitally
enabled classrooms. In initial times, the institute will be working in collaboration with NGO’s
and free lancers to improve the education quality of the some of the model schools in rural
parts of the country.
We are in the process of creating a team of passionate students from the junior batch who can
contribute towards this initiative.

Following are the two job roles which are required currently.
1. Creative Content Creator: This job role requires the students to develop engaging content
for the rural school kids in innovative ways. The students will need to create content for diverse
range of topics. The objective is to make learning fun and engaging for the kids. (5 members)
2. Video Editor/Animator: This job role requires the students to create innovative ways to
create videos and animations based on the content. (2-3 members)
Following are the requirements for the students who wish to join these roles:
1. Passionate towards teaching and improving the rural education landscape of India
2. Ability to create engaging content suitable for the rural kids (For creative content creator) /
ability to create engaging videos and animations to keep students' attention (For video
editor/animator)
