1. COMPARISONS

They are my sisters Yuranis and Lianis. Yuranis is 28 years old, she is a nurse and Lianis
is 26 years old and studying oral health.
Lianis is younger, with brown skin and black hair, Yuranis is white skin and light hair.
Yuranis is taller than Lianis; she is 1.68 and Lianis 1.55
Lianis is single and lives with my father and Yuranis is married and lives with her
husband.
Yuranis is more responsible than Lianis, she is fatter than Lianis.
Lianis is more fun and cheerful, Yuranis is less sociable.
Yuranis likes to travel less than Lianis.

2. ACTIVITIES IN PROGRESS

They are my study partners María José and Laura, we meet to help each other and do

some university work together, we all study at the National Open and Distance University

(UNAD). Laura is in the sixth semester of business administration, María José is in the fifth

semester of a Bachelor of Children's Education and I am in the third semester of the same career.

Laura has more experience in using the platform, she teaches us some important things, María

José is very agile to understand the guides and develop the work and I am learning a lot from

them. After studying we shared a snack together and agreed to a new meeting.

They are doing a statistical work that Laura must deliver tomorrow and my friend Maria

Jose is practicing to record a video in English

3. TALKING ABOUT ROUTINES

He is Eduardo Luis Guarin, he is an industrial engineer, he works in the cleaning

company of Corozal-Sucre. Eduardo gets up at 5:00 a.m. and he goes out to practice sports on his

bicycle, returns at 6.30 a.m., takes a bath and has breakfast. Eduardo comes to work at 8:00 a.m.

He comes for lunch at 12:30 p.m. at 1:15 p.m. take a nap and at 2:00 p.m. come to work until

6:00 p.m. Eduardo has dinner at 7:00 p.m. He watches TV, practices English, and falls asleep at

10:00 p.m.

4. TALKING ABOUT A TOWN

Chalán Sucre is a town that is located in the Montes de María, this place was badly hit by

violence and is recognized because they exploded a donkey bomb and the calamity was very

great. This is my hometown; there are many farms and natural places open to the public.

My grandparents, my uncles and some cousins live there, I visit them frequently because I

like animals, sunrise, sunset and being surrounded by mountains. It is very fun, peaceful and

beautiful to be able to visit it.
