IELTS writing task 2, planing technique

Some people feel that certain workers like nurses, doctors and teachers are
undervalued and should be paid more, especially when other people like film
actors or company bosses are paid huge sums of money that are out of
proportion to the importance of the work that they do.
To what extinct do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Introduction
Intro statement.
There is no doubt that some careers are more vital to the society than the others.
Paraphrasing.
Ex 1. Some could argue that certain jobs are underpaid comparing to their
importance and vice versa.
Ex 2. Some believe that essential jobs in health and education should provide
more financial return and that these jobs are underpaid comparing to other less
vital or even unnecessary careers in business or entertainment.
Your opinion.
In my opinion I strongly agree with this point of view.
First paragraph
Thesis statement.
First of all, workers in vital fields like healthcare and the educational system
should be well paid so that they can stay focused on their careers and give their
full potential to the society.
Supporting statement.
When these workers have no financial concern and can rest assured that they
can provide for themselves and their families they will be able to exert their full
potential physically and mentally into their field of work, consequently they will be
more efficient and dedicated which will have a positive impact on the entire
society as a whole.
Example.
For example, studies have shown that doctors who are paid more than one
hundred thousand dollars a year are more willing to work over shifts even if it will
not impact their hourly rate.
Close.
This kind of data shows the importance of a good financial compensation for the
efficiency of any worker.
Second paragraph
Thesis statement.
Second of all, a worker should get paid based on the value he delivers not the
amount of profit that he generates.
Supporting statement.
Some jobs provide value that is invaluable although they may not have any
financial return to the society.
Example.
For instance, a chief executive officer could provide millions of dollars in profit for
his company, however, we cannot put a price tag on a single human life saved by
a doctor, or a successful individual raised by a passionate teacher.
Close.
When we look at any job from this perspective, our pay grading system will
change substantially.
Conclusion
In conclusion, appreciating valuable careers in the society and ensuring the
financial satisfaction of their workers will definitely have a positive impact on the
wellbeing and the development of the entire country as a whole.
