Mindmaps Tools:
Mindomo:
Mindomo is the best all-in-one visual tool to help you make mind mapping, concept
mapping, and outlining accessible for students.

Mindmeister:
MindMeister is an online mind mapping application that allows its users to
visualize, share and present their thoughts via the cloud.

Ayoa:
Ayoa is a visual work management tool to help individuals and teams from around
the world become more productive and creative. Generate ideas in colorful Mind
Maps (which are proven to boost creative thinking), then turn the branches of your
map into tasks that can be expertly managed in a Task Board.

Coggle:
Coggle is a freeware mind-mapping web application. It is a free, browser-based
application that enables an individual or a team to take notes, brainstorm, plan or
document an idea, a research, a report, or any other creative undertaking. It can
be shared with multiple people by inviting them and allowing them to make
changes.
Popplet:
Popplet is a mind-mapping application and graphic organizer that helps students
think and learn visually. With Popplet learners can capture facts, thoughts, ideas in
different ways and immediately connect and visualize the relationships between
them.

Testmoz:
Testmoz is an excellent web tool that allows you to create auto graded tests and
quizzes. Each test you create has a unique URL which you can use to edit your test
later on or to share with others. Testmoz also provides detailed reports so teachers
can analyze students scores and responses. Free users can have 50 questions per
test and 100 test takers results would be analyzed.

Microsoft Powerpoint (Office 365) :


PowerPoint is a presentation program developed by Microsoft. PowerPoint is often
used to create Education presentations, business presentations also be used for
informal purposes. The presentations are comprised of slides, which may contain
text, images, and other media, such as audio clips and movies.
Google Slides :
Google Slides makes your ideas shine with a variety of presentation themes,

Powtoon :
Powtoon is a web-based animation software that allows users to create animated

music and user-created voice-overs.

Zoom:
Zoom is a web-based video conferencing tool with a local, desktop client and a
mobile app that allows users to meet online, with or without video. Zoom users can
choose to record sessions, collaborate on projects, and share or annotate on one
another's screens, all with one easy-to-use platform. Free for 40 Minutes, upto 100
Participants.

Google Meet:
The free meetings can be scheduled up to 100 people that can last for 60 minutes.
Google Meet also provides cross-app integration, making it easy to create and join
meetings from the Meet, Google Calendar, and Gmail web pages and Android/iOS
apps. Ne can share the screen, chat with participants.

Cisco Webex:
Webex Meetings is Cisco's cloud-based web and video conferencing service that
enables global and virtual teams to collaborate on mobile devices and standards-
based video systems in real time. Webex Meetings includes features such as screen
sharing, meeting recording, customizable layouts , free meetings for 60 minutes
are allowed.
Skype:
Skype is software that enables the world's conversations. Millions of individuals
and businesses use Skype to make free video and voice one-to-one and group calls,
send instant messages and share files with other people on Skype.

Gotomeeting:
GoToMeeting is a web-hosted service created and marketed by LogMeIn. It is an
online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software package that
enables the user to meet with other computer users, customers, clients or
colleagues via the Internet in real time.

Jitsimeet:
Jitsi Meet lets you stay in touch with all your teams, be they family, friends, or
colleagues. Instant video conferences, efficiently adapting to your scale.Unlimited
users: There are no artificial restrictions on the number of users or conference
participants.

Jiomeet:
JioMeet is made in India free video-conferencing application. It can be used for 1:1
video calls and hosting meetings with up to 100 participants with enterprise-grade
host controls.

Jamboard by Google:
Jamboard is a collaborative, digital whiteboard makes it easy to create without
boundaries and share ideas in real time.
Whiteboard.fi :
Whiteboard.fi is a simple tool that can be used instantly. By creating a class and
letting your students join, everyone will get a digital whiteboard. You as a teacher
see all your students' whiteboards in real time, so you can follow their progress.
The students only see their own whiteboard and the teacher's.

Ziteboard:
Ziteboard is a clean collaboration software for businesses online and a simple, free
brainstorming, tutoring tool for education.

Conceptboard:
Conceptboard is a centralized hub for all your content and ideas. No matter how
large or complex, manage all your visual projects across one shared workspace.

One Note :
Microsoft One Note , though actually is a digital notes tool, one can use the same
as a whiteboard and the results are amazing. Annotate, write Text, Put Images,
PDF’s ,Word documents in one note. Collaboration is possible.

Miro:
Miro for Education. With Miro (formerly RealtimeBoard) you can brainstorm and
organize shared creative and educational projects with participants from

Microsoft OneNote is a program for free-form information gathering and multi-

Google Keep:
Google Keep is a note-taking service developed by Google. Launched on March 20,
2013, Google Keep is available on the web, and has mobile apps for the Android
and iOS mobile operating systems. Keep offers a variety of tools for taking notes,
including text, lists, images, and audio.
