Scenario 1: Unwanted Programs

When you displayed a list of programs installed on your computer so that you could
uninstall one, you noticed several installed programs that you do not remember
installing. Why might these programs be on your computer? Support your answer.
Answer: The unintentionally loaded programs on my computer could be a computer
virus, malware, or adware. A computer virus is a program that can harm your computer
and transfer malware to it, and it can be installed on your computer without your
knowledge or permission. It can implant new malicious malware that monitors and
manipulates your internet behavior. On the other hand, it can also be spyware or
adware, which is software that installs itself on the computer and starts covertly
monitoring your online behavior without your knowledge or permission, or software that
launches advertisements up on your screen. These programs are on my computer
because I could've downloaded them when I visited or downloaded kinds of stuff on
sites, opening spam emails, visiting illegal and unsafe sites, and even by doing normal
web activities.

Scenario 2: Operating System Does Not Load

Each time you turn on your computer, the operating system attempts to load for
approximately 30 seconds, and then the computer restarts. You have tried multiple
times to turn your computer off and on, but it keeps restarting when the operating
system is trying to load. What are your next steps? Support your answer.
Answer: If my computer keeps on restarting, there must be a problem. First, I will boot
my computer in a safe mode. Then, I'll uninstall the recently installed programs because
it might cause the issue since the newly installed programs might cause the problem
due to their incompatibility or harm my computer. Next, I will update the system drivers
in my device since it is a software component that lets the operating system and a
device communicate because there is also a possibility that there are issues with the
hardware. After that, I'll troubleshoot using the PC Maintenance tools to perform basic
diagnostic routines in the system and do regular cleanings, hard drive updates, and
virus prevention. These steps can help me know the problem and issues that my
computer is experiencing that'll help me be aware of the fix that my computer needs.

Scenario 3: Incompatible App

You are using your Android tablet to browse for apps in the Google Play store. You
found an app you want to download, but you are unable to download it because a
message states it is incompatible with your device. Why might the app be incompatible
with your device? Support your answer.
Answer: If an app is not compatible with my tablet, I think the specs of my tablet didn't
meet the requirement of the app. In downloading apps, it is needed to know if the
features of the app I am installing meet my device's function. For example, I want to
download a remote-control app to your android table; however, my tablet doesn't have
an IR Blaster, which operates with the app I want to download; for that reason, the app
is not compatible with the device. Plus, the needed RAM and memory can also be the
cause why it is incompatible with my tablet. There are instances when the app requires
a massive amount of memory to run on my device; however, my tablet only has an only
low quantity of RAM and internal device memory, making the app incompatible with my
android tablet.
