Displaying Serial Number Data

Would you like to know how a maintenance planner displays serial


number data?

If so, follow this interactive tutorial.

(1) To open the app, select the Display Material Serial Number tile.

(2) In the Material field, begin to enter TG20 and a list of material numbers that start with
the same digits appears.

(3) Select TG20.

(4) In the Serial Number field, enter 1000017 and press Enter.

(5) To display the serial number history, choose SerData.

(6) Choose History.

(7) Choose More > Settings > Color legend.

(8) The serial number history displays using a color legend.

Choose Continue.

(9) To return to the Display Material Serial Number: SerNo. Detail screen, choose Back.

(10) To display the serial number status, choose Status.

(11) To view the status filters, select the scroll bar to scroll down.

(12) The Active Status filter is automatically selected. This ensures the system hides the
statuses that are not active.

To view All Statuses, choose Filter.

The system displays all the statuses that can be assigned to the serial
number.

(13) To return to the Display Material Serial Number: SerNo. Detail screen, choose Back.

(14) To display the serial number action log, choose More > Extras > Action log.

(15) The action log displays.

Choose Continue.

(16) To display the serial number changes, choose More > Extras > Display changes.
