1. A. This way isn’t belong to the Audio-Lingual Method, because the teacher who using
the ALM won’t allow her students to use dictionary in order to translate the vocabulary that they
didn’t know,but the teacher will find another alternative to overcome that problem, for example
by showing the picture that relate with the meaning of the student’s unknown vocabulary.

orally. In the Audio-lingual Method, the students first hear a language. Later, they
speak the language and after that, they read and write in it. At point (B) it is said that
students were given reading passages or rehearsals on the week of the lesson. Which
means one should give a few exercises after studying orally a few weeks ago. For that
point this includes using audio-lingual methods , because it lists an exercise such as
answering a question related to last week's dialogue on the third week of learning.
And in point (C) teachers teach students that they should add a single verb from 's' to
the third person in the English present tense. In this context the teacher gives the
student a grammar principle. Where the grammar is one of great importance and an
objective in the audio-lingual methods. At this point too, the teacher seems to be
justifying the students' faults in grammar, as in the audio-lingual method principle. As

know that this method prioritizes lessons through listening and speaking that use drill

more inclined towards the grammar translation method because it looks for the meaning of new

can run smoothly. The last, part (B) is included in an example of the principle of the audio-
lingual method, because in my opinion this is an example of the question and answer drill
technique. This drill model trains students to answer questions correctly. The mastery of
sentence patterns is done with pattern-practice exercises. The exercise or drill follows the
