Relaxation and its effects on the body


Relaxation is when you can chill and just think. Merriam
Webster has defined relaxation as a recreative state, activity,
or pastime of the mind. Relaxation can reduce stress and any
symptoms that you have. It can improve your health such as
depression and anxiety. You also need relaxation techniques
to help focus on your muscles or breathing. It can be
achieved through meditation. To relax you can do something
chill and listen to slow/smooth music. Also, Bartley says
swimming is a mixture of exercise and fun. You can go get a
massage and relax. Your body may be sore and you are
hurting. Getting a massage is the BEST thing you can do.
The spa castle is a place where you can relax. You can get a
body massage. Also get there and drink a wine while you just
chilling. Being in a hot jacuzzi and relaxing. The hot rocks on
your back are a very relaxing thing for your back. Face
masks are very relaxing on your face when you are stressed.
Also when you put cucumber on your eyes they can help to
be a relaxing massage. You can get your feet massaged and
sit back to enjoy your time. Also they have a healing zone.
