Manage Your Stress

Stress or pressure is a physical, emotional and mental response experienced by a person when
demands cannot be met.

Stress can also be experienced when confronted with unpleasant stimuli such as foul odors, loud
noises and abusive words.Anyone whether children, teenagers, adults and seniors can experience
stress.

Generally the level of stress a person faces varies according to the stress load faced.A little or
moderate stress is good and can be a motivating factor or motivation for an individual to increase
productivity.

However, excessive stress, for a long time and unmanageable will cause negative effects, and harm
health as well as increase the risk of disease.There are actually many ways we can do in controlling
stress. Stress can be controlled on your own or with the help of family members or friends.

A person experiencing stress can reduce the stress experienced immediately by practicing method

2. breathe deeply
3. said `relax '/ it's okay

5. talk to someone

Calm down.

Whenever you feel stressed or tense, take it easy. By calming down it can help reduce the cycle of
negative stress in the early stages.

Breathe deeply.

Perform breathing exercises that can increase the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the
body's cells to reduce tension.

Said, `Relax '.

Try to say to yourself, I'm stressed, 'Relax', It's okay or It's okay, it's Oklahoma. Be patient. These
words can to some extent calm the feelings and reduce stress.
Worship.

If you are under stress or stress you can perform acts of worship such as dhikr and prayer according
to their respective beliefs. Worship can provide emotional support and can soothe one's feelings.

of hormones and dorfin and you will feel relieved and tense.

Among the exercise activities that you can do are walking and robic exercise.

Positive thinking.

Stress can also occur due to our prejudices and misinterpretations of a situation. Try to think
positively where you try to see the good or the positive situation in any situation that is negative in
nature.
We need to think positively to increase our self -esteem. Learn how to think positively because it will
help us deal with stress more effectively. By doing the 10 method, the physical effects of stress such
as heart palpitations, feelings of anger, restlessness, nervousness, headaches and so on caused by
the adrenaline hormone response to the body can be reduced.Stress must be dealt with on an
ongoing basis to keep us physically, emotionally and mentally healthy

However, the 10B method can only control stress for a short period of time.The cause of stress
