1. INFJ
2. The (I) is for introversion meaning that I tend to focus my attention inward,enjoy
tasks that require concentration, and work best on one project at a time. The (N)
is for intuition, meaning that I tend to focus on "what could be", enjoy theory and
speculation, and like thinking about the future and possibilities. The (F) is for
feeling, meaning I tend to be motivated by work that is meaningful, am sensitive
to how issues affect people, and like helping others and being appreciated. The
(J) is for judging, which means I tend to enjoy work that allows me to make
decisions, I prefer a predictable work pattern and environment, and work towards
completing their responsibilities before relaxing.
3. Strengths that were listed for me included that I am insightful and independent. I
would say a time where I demonstrated these strengths is through my schooling,
especially during the pandemic. I had to transition into doing mostly independent
work that was self paced, and the transition into that was not hard for me,
because I am a naturally independent person.
4. Qualities in my career that would fit my personality is independent work, being
able to be creative, or helping others through my work.
5. I can pick a career that is structured in a way that I can use my strengths.
Intelligences
1. Existential, Linguistics, Naturalistic
2. Linguistic intelligence helps me understand and use language properly in
reading, writing, and speaking. It also affects my vocabulary and the ability to
understand and use humor, create pictures using words, notice language
patterns, and recognize relationships between words. Existential intelligence
gives me the ability to see the big picture in everything, relationships and
connections, and how everything fits together. This intelligence is used in
considering questions about our existence, such as purpose, life, death, and our
place in the universe. Naturalist intelligence allows me to be able to recognize,
appreciate and group different things in the environment, like plants, animals,
people, weather patterns, and landscapes. It also allows me to see the
connections between different parts of the environment.
3. I can use this in picking a career, by seeing which careers people with my
learning style usually lean to. It will also help me imagine how I'll be able to
perform in different learning environments.
Work Values
1. Independence, Achievement, Working Conditions
2. Having a work setting that values independence means I would have the
freedom to make my own decisions in my field. Having a work setting that values
achievement means I would have opportunities to use my strongest abilities, and
give myself a sense of accomplishment. A job that values working conditions
means there would be good compensation and job security.
3. I can use this information when looking at careers, to see which ones would be
able to align well with my chosen values.
Job description:
-Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs
and interests.
-Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order with
students
-Maintain accurate, complete, and correct student records as required by laws, district
policies, and administrative regulations.
-Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress
Education and Training: Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and
training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.
Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Education: 4 years. I would have to go to a university and get a 4-year degree in art
education or photography.
I think this job would be a good fit for me, because I would enjoy the artistic material I
am teaching. I also enjoy helping others and being of use to my community. I think by
being a Highschool arts teacher I would be able to have a job that involves creativity
and independence, while also giving me a sense of achievement.
