What is Bullying, its effects, and why are you Bullied?

Bullying is an old but rampant school case. It had created various problems towards the
victim unfortunately, some of those victims died due to depression and the act being
unable to think properly. Bullying is repeated aggressive behavior that can be physical,
verbal or even online (known as cyberbullying). Victims live in constant fear of where
and when the bully will strike him again, what they'll do and how far will their bullying will
go.

Physical bullying, includes physic abuse, such as hitting, kicking or pushing, as well as
ruining your things, hazing and harassment. Verbal bullying on the other hand
encompasses name calling, teasing and insulting causing fear of feeling of self-

the victim feelings and mentality. Bullying comes in all shapes and sites. Almost anyone

Bullying and cyberbullying effects are way similar. It just differs on the means of action,
however the impact is almost the same for various victim. A person being bullied may
feel hurt get angry, afraid, hopeless, isolated or even suicidal. Moreover, victims’

specifically depression. They are most likely to miss or skip classes to avoid being
bullied.

A person is bullied in number of reasons. A bully has many factors to consider before
they target someone. Bullies tent to pick people who are different or does not belong to
the mainstream. Individualism is a thing you can celebrate in older life, but it might be a
nightmare when you're young and trying to fit in an environment. You are bullied
because there is someone trying to get attention or they are jealous with you. Whatever
reasons behind those tragedy you struggle mentally and physically. Always remember
that you are not alone, and you're no one to blame with something.
