and safety needs. Teacher training is a central part of encouraging a child-
friendly and inclusive school environment.

2. Why professional and personal attributes plays significant being a


classroom teacher?

  A good teacher is a sum-up of both professional and personal


attributes.

The professional attribute of a teacher is essential for him to effect


change or learning because he is an expert in what he teaches and in how he
teaches. It's essential to reach and maintain high-quality education.  Same as
personal attributes such as fairness, humor, and kindness. It helps provide the
essence of quality in teaching, which is a vital capacity of teaching to transform
learners.
