AFFIDAVIT of DENIAL

I, RICHARD LOUIE U. SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino, married,

and a resident of No. 139 Holy Ghost Extension, Baguio City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state that:

1) I was born on 07 April 1981 in Baguio City, Philippines;

2) I established my permanent residence in No. 139 Holy Ghost

Extension, Baguio City, Philippines;

3) On 16 June 2014, my lawyer, PATRICIA MARIE

FRANCES D. CASTRO, on my behalf, applied for a Record
Clearance from the Office of the City Prosecutor in Baguio;

4) We received information from the Office of the City

Prosecutor on 16 June 2014 that my namesake, RICHARD
SANTOS (with no middle name), was a respondent in:

a) I.S. No. 78-2486 for MALTREATMENT on complaint a

certain Fernando Malamion, which was received on December
1, 1978. Said case was DISMISSED as per Resolution of
Prosecutor Octavio M. Banta on December 8, 1978, and
docketed as BUNDLE No. 86-20

b) I.S. No. 82-1357 for SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURIES on

complaint of a certain Antonio Ortin, which was received on
June 16, 1982. Said case was FILED before the Municipal
Trial Court of Baguio City on June 28, 1982 and docketed as
CRIMINAL CASE No. 45930

c) I.S. No. 87-2012 for VIOLATION of COB-20-84 on

complaint of a Police officer, which was received on September
2, 1987. Said case was FILED before the Municipal Trial Court
of Baguio City on September 3, 1987 and docketed as
CRIMINAL CASE No. 56977

d) I.S. No. 82-1839 for THEFT on complaint of a certain

Gloria Guillermo, which was received on August 9, 1982. Said
case was ordered DISMISSED as per Resolution of Prosecutor
Raymundo Caburian on August 18, 1982 and docketed as
BUNDLE No. 113-35
 e) I.S. No. 83-2584 for HOMICIDE (STABBING) on
complaint of a certain Eddie Gutierrez, which was received on
October 25, 1983. Said case was FILED before the Regional
Trial Court of Baguio City on December 8, 1983 and docketed
as CRIMINAL CASE No. 932 – R

f) I.S. No. 91-2616 for THEFT (PICKPOCKET) on

complaint of a certain Marilou Tacquio, which was received on
December 26, 1991. Said case was FILED before the
Municipal Trial Court of Baguio City on January 9, 1992 and
docketed as CRIMINAL CASE No. 63152

5) I hereby unequivocally deny involvement in the

aforementioned case;

6) I also declare under oath that I am not in any way involved in

any case proceeding as either plaintiff/complainant or
defendant/accused in the Philippines and abroad, specifically with
regard to the aforementioned case;

7) I could not be in any way involved in the aforementioned

cases since they all occurred during my childhood, the earliest even
occurring before I was born, and the latest when I was ten (10)
years old;

8) I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts

and to deny absolutely and entirely any involvement in the case
aforementioned, and for all legal intents and purposes.
