Stubbington
Ark

What is it?
Stubbing ark is an RSPCA rescue centre where they take in lost, abandoned animals but
some of the animals they take in are just unfit for staying with their owners for a variety
of reasons.

How They Are Funded

The Stubbington Ark is run by
the Solent Branch of the
RSPCA. This branch is a
separately registered charity
and must raise in excess of
£3,000 per day just to keep the
shelter running.

The Branch does not receive :

 funding from RSPCA Headquarters

 state aid

 lottery funding
