1) Mother Dairy which was only 7 months with its launch at West Bengal & doing about 9k litres a

day took it to 34k litres within 6 months .

2) Took pouch curd Business from 58 kgs a day to almost 440 kgs level with Mother Dairy .

3) First to reach the market in the morning , tapping untouched locations & regions in the

town ,that too in a market dominated by not only National & old time Regional Players , it

took the Fresh milk & Pouch curd to the next stage in an unexpected time frame .
4) Tied up with Spencer’s for 2 major variants cow milk & curd .

5) Set up the first distributor network for Milk Mantra.

6) Introduced the concept of emerging & alternate channels , small township exclusive

7) Introduced Milk Mantra in Reliance & Big Bazar Stores which had Pan Odisha Network of stores , aided with

aggressive promotions , made the biggest ever dent for the Dairy Category across all stores .
