Life is full of impediment, challenges, trails and experiences, the
devil will try to pull you down out of the ladder of success but there is
never a success without a sacrifice to be paid. Hence there are
channels to accomplish one’s destiny and desire in life at this course
of tracing one’s programme. In this life there are some people whose

ABSTRACT
This research work examined the influence of school
environment on students’ academic performance in some
selected secondary schools in Ila L.G.A State of Osun. Data for
the study were gathered from two sources, primary and
secondary. Information from primary data, was gathered via
textbooks, journals, magazines and Newspaper. For primary
data, 100 questionnaires were administered to some selected
teachers in the sampled area. Chi-square statistical method was
used to test hypotheses postulated. The findings of the study
revealed that there is a significant relationship between school
environment and students’ academic performance. It is
recommended that the government and concerned citizens
should support the school in creating conducive school
environment to boost students’ academic performance.
