Full of violent, bloody scenes, interspersed with wonderful plots and gorgeous,
shocking pictures. Unlike the top-rated GTA series before, what players can see
in this game is the possibility of the future world. If you like cyberpunk things,
you must not miss this game: Cyberpunk 2077.
There has been a lot of discussion surrounding the topic of Cyberpunk 2077 as
an open-world RPG video game developed by one of the highly reputed and
respected developers within the gaming field, that is CD Projekt Red. The most
exciting feature about the game is the next-generation technology that can be
seen powering the game.
Cyberpunk is among those few games that absolutely manage to embrace the
newest and trendiest technology to deliver a sort of true leap within fidelity. It
can be said that Cyberpunk 2077 is mainly powered by Red Engine that is a
proprietary of CD Projekt Red. Furthermore, it can be mentioned that this
particular set of technology and tools managed to serve as the ground or the
basis upon which The Witcher was based; however, it is the shift towards
Cyberpunk 2077 from its previous games that can be said to be one amongst the
most considerable leaps that have been experienced by the audience.
The game has been among the most hyped games. Despite it, the game managed
to disappoint its fans once it was released, which led to a remarkable fall in the
stocks of CD Projekt Red, almost by 29 percent. Among the significant
concerns shown by the fans, the most common one was the innovations
promised by CD Projekt Red. The game was supposed to become the most
immersive video game (open-world) of all time. In fact, some people believed
that it would rank above the games like Grand Theft Auto 5, that is, considered
as being very well-made and the most polished open-world even till today.
However, as soon as Cyberpunk was released, it was evident that something was
majorly wrong. The game suffered from a lot many bugs starting from its launch
only. In fact, it was reported that even the most powerful computers encountered
quite noticeable drops concerning framerates. It was found to be even worse
with consoles versions.
However, the game's performance has not shown any significant improvement
over the period. If anything, there is merely an improvement of about 5 percent
as far as the performance is concerned. The game can be pretty playable on PC
at 30-60 fps. However, gunfights are more likely to be quite challenging if at the
range's lower end. Nonetheless, if the player has played at 30-60 fps, another
shooter, then Cyberpunk 2077 might not create any issues for the player.
Furthermore, it is not by any stretch a fast-paced shooter, and specific other
alternatives to shooting can be said to be available.
Nonetheless, certain players still seem to be attracted to cyberpunk 2077 as the
game's settings are pretty fantastic. The scenes appear to be comprised of great
and strange sounds and sights, and they are very different from the ones that
players actually are confined in. Morbid Fascination in this sense can be said to
be quite a crucial factor that makes the game attractive to its audience. The
game is very different from any other game that the audience has seen. There is
a possibility of changing the graphics, the missions, the locations, etc. Hence, it
provides the users with a lot of flexibility. There are various options available to
the users based upon which they can decide how they want to play the game.
The game has a strong narrative component set in the dark future, and each and
every action of the player matters in the game. Thus, this attracts the audience.
Another exciting thing that can be mentioned about this game is that people can
try and demand a refund if they do not find it interesting. The developers have
significantly suffered because they have almost lost $51 Million in restitution
after the horrible launch of the game. This shows that developers were quite
confident about this game, but things did not go as planned. This game could
not please the fans and received a lot of criticism for several reasons. Although
the creators have been working on fixing the issues, there is barely any
noticeable improvement.
Overall, it can be said that the game was able to create a good amount of buzz
with its developers' claims regarding it being the most innovative game of the
decade and so on. Still, it failed to fulfill the expectations of the fans. Because
of that, it disappointed its fans and faced a lot of losses and even a fall in the
company's stocks. There is so much that needs to be improvised. Instead, it
would be feasible for the developers to develop a new game. The players' issues
within this game are endless, and no significant improvement has been made so
far.
