Job Descriptions :
A. Carry out the Programme basing on commitments of PLAN International towards fulfilling
partner mission and goals through sponsorship (Building Relationship) Programme.
i) Maintaining a clear, updated and shared understanding of the respective rights & obligations of
Partner & PLAN & sharing necessary information regarding Programme with community, project &
PLAN India & International.
ii) Ensuring the timely flow of sponsorship communication for sustaining effective program
implementation.
iii) Maintaining a formal organization in consistent with partner mission, philosophy and values by
forming appropriate organization structure, relevant HRM policies, systems and procedures as
applicable to program activities.
iv) Interpreting and explaining the objectives and building relationship program to the program team
and with the relevant organizations for program implementation.
B. Coordinating with National Office, International Headquarter and other Field Offices, Local
and outside NGOs, Local Govt. & Institutions as considered necessary in the interest of the
project implementation.
C) Providing leadership support to the program team of the project for effective carrying out of
the functions and monitoring and ensuring that PLAN activities and programs are carried out
in consistent with partner goals and values
i) Reviewing and approving program plan and its implementation strategy as prepared by Program
Manager & other members of the program team.
ii) Providing necessary inputs in areas of development strategy, program direction, budgeted finance
and provision of other infrastructure support.
iii) Coordinating and providing relevant support and guidance for preparation of POs & reviewing the
same to ensure that the prepared POs are in consonance with the needs of the child, family and
community.
D. Ensuring documenting & reporting function
i) Ensuring documentation of significant project experiences (Case studies) for future reference.
ii) Undertake the strengthening of information systems and health intelligence for decision-making as
well as provide technical guidance in evidence generation for various communicable and neglected
tropical diseases.
iii) Ensuring submission of all progress reports, APC, budget related documents to PLAN in time.
iv) Ensuring periodic review/updating of systems, procedures, methods & guidelines of the project.
v) Developing awareness materials through hoardings for school/college students and general public.

vi) Prepare routine expenditure forecasts for assigned projects and consult with field offices, partners,
