 Every year a mega Eye camp was jointly organized by Mahatma Gandhi Eye Hospital & CYSD-
Plan Project with collaboration with District Administration at Sub-divisional hospital Karanjia
during the month of December/January and around 350 no of cases were undergone the Intra
Ocular Lens (IOL) surgery.
 Pre-screening Camps for the Clefts Lips/Palates Patients in Karanjia and Rairangapur Sub-
division of Mayurbhanj District with the collaboration with Operation Smile India from 20th August
2013 to 31st August 2013. 53 patients were registered for cleft palate, cleft lip, both cleft palate
and lip, congenital contracture, burn contracture & large hemangioma.
 Refractive errors check camps with collaboration District Administration covering 231 schools
and ICDS centres was organized in which 2103 children were getting benefited.
