Hybrid Activation
• From SMU Site Maintain Pass 000001 Gen Self Check Yes
• After few minutes the result should be succeed if all connection are OK
• Get IP from System Wizard and log into the cabinet via browser (HTTPS:/ cabinet IP ) and check configuration
• We should make sure that the firmware is upgraded(the same view for inserted PS’S)

Fuel Sensor Parameters
• We should test below alarms from the site and check TT as usual :
DG start failure – DG stop failure – DG abnormal start – DG abnormal stop
Rectifier communication failure - Load fuse break-Fan alarm-battery temperature
Li battery Failure - Door alarms – fuel level

Alarms simulation
• We must check hybrid operation is OK
• 1st condition DG is ON
Trip DG CB
Cabinet alarmed “Generator abnormal stop or Genset work abnormal ” then clear it after checking
Convert DG on manual mode
Wait till the remaining capacity reach 100% (we can accelerate charging by switching off some LI battery
modules)
Cabinet alarmed >”Generator fail to stop or Genset work abnormal “then clear it by backing DG on auto mode
and switch on all LI batteries
• 2nd condition DG is OFF
Put DG on manual mode
Cabinet alarmed >”Generator abnormal start or Genset work abnormal “ then clear it by backing on auto mode
Trip DG CB or trip
Set DOD 5% or (100 - remaining capacity )
Cabinet alarmed >”Generator fail to start or Genset work
