• Battery Branch > 2 ×250 A Fuse
• LLVD Branch 2 ×80 A MCB, 2 ×63A MCB (LLVD1)
• BLVD Branch 1 ×63 A MCB, 4 ×32 A MCB, 2 ×16 A MCB (LLVD2)
• AC input (4*25mm) connected to AC panel
• Commissioning switch on auto mode (the system is under automatic control)
• Rectifiers Group ( 7 PSU with power 3000 W for each one and
• DG battery charger with output 12.5 – 14.2 V connected to DG battery

• Cabinet dimensions ( 1600 mm x 650 mm x 820 mm)

• GIM board is interference card for:
 DG hybrid signal (DG1 port NC and COM (2)
 AI 1 to detect the fuel level (6)

• SMU board is monitoring power system and we can use:


 Local area connection port (system management)connected to ENEC(1) 2
 CAN port connected to COM_IN of last LI battery (2)

• UIM Board is alarms interface and we can use :


 COM port to monitor battery cabinet air condition (1)
 DIN1 port for battery cabinet door alarm
 BAT TEMP port for battery cabinet temperature
 TEM-HUM for temperature and humidity for ICC (REC cabinet)
 TEMP 1 for temperature for ICC (REC cabinet)
 Gate for temperature for ICC (REC cabinet)

Hybrid Activation
• From SMU  Site Maintain  Pass 000001  Gen Self Check  Yes
• After few minutes the result should be succeed if all connection are OK
• Get IP from System Wizard and log into the cabinet via browser (HTTPS:/ cabinet IP ) and check configuration
• We should make sure that the firmware is upgraded(the same view for inserted PS’S)

Alarm configuration and testing

• The alarms should be configured and tested through :


1st : ENEC > Confirmation mail that the cabinet is reachable
2nd : OSS through EMUA or OVP by applying alarm mapping ‘check alarm mapping sheet ‘ >Confirmation
mail from Huawei integration team that all alarms are configured and tested
We can upload configuration file with all alarms and operation parameters needed

• We should test below alarms from the site and check TT as usual :
DG start failure – DG stop failure – DG abnormal start – DG abnormal stop
Rectifier communication failure - Load fuse break-Fan alarm-battery temperature
Li battery Failure - Door alarms – fuel level

Alarms simulation
• We must check hybrid operation is OK
• 1st condition DG is ON
Trip DG CB
 Cabinet alarmed “Generator abnormal stop or Genset work abnormal ” then clear it after checking
 Convert DG on manual mode
Wait till the remaining capacity reach 100% (we can accelerate charging by switching off some LI battery
modules)
 Cabinet alarmed >”Generator fail to stop or Genset work abnormal “then clear it by backing DG on auto mode
and switch on all LI batteries
• 2nd condition DG is OFF
Put DG on manual mode
Cabinet alarmed >”Generator abnormal start or Genset work abnormal “ then clear it by backing on auto mode
Trip DG CB or trip
Set DOD 5% or (100 - remaining capacity )
Cabinet alarmed >”Generator fail to start or Genset work
