A] Ceramic Bulk Fiber

Our ceramic bulk fiber is made from highly pure alumina, silica and zircon sand. The ceramic
mixture is then heated in an electric furnace to temperatures in excess of 2000°C and the
stream of molten material is drawn into fibers spinning. It contains fibers each having
uniform length and thickness. Bulk fiber is manufactured to be used as feedstock in
manufacturing processes or other applications where product consistency is critical.

Ceramic bulk fiber is typically used in the manufacturing of other ceramic fiber based
products such as:

 High temperature boards, felts and papers

 Combustion chambers for commercial and residential boilers
 Ceramic blankets and modules
 Tap out cones for molten metal applications
 Specialised vacuum formed shapes

B] Ceramic Fiber Blanket

Ceramic fiber blankets are made from high quality spun ceramic fibers, which are
mechanically needled from double sides which gives them high strength and increases its
surface integrity. Our blankets are air laid into a continuous mat and then are mechanically
needled. These ceramic fiber blankets are used in a variety of thermal management
applications due to its superior insulating properties, excellent chemical resistance, high
resilience and flexibility. Also, these properties are retained at high temperatures without
causing smokes or fumes.

1] RT Grade:

This grade of blanket has a maximum serving temperature of upto 1260°C.

Our RT Grade Ceramic fiber blanket is a high quality product made from 1260°C spun
ceramic bulk fiber.

2] HTZ Grade:

This grade of blanket has a maximum serving temperature of upto 1425°C.

Our HTZ Grade Ceramic fiber blanket is made from Zirconia enriched spun ceramic bulk
fiber.

C] Ceramic Fiber Board

Our high tensile ceramic boards are manufactured in a wet vacuum forming process using
Ceramic Fibers, organic & inorganic binders. A wide variety of sizes and forms such as cones,
sleeves, floats, etc. can be made available according to customer’s requirements.

D] Ceramic Fiber Module

Ceramic fiber module is made from Ceramic bulk fiber which is folded and compressed as
per the required sizes and densities.

Applications

 High temperature pipe and casting mould insulation

 Repair, insulation and linings for furnaces, kilns, ovens, generators, reformers,
boilers etc.
 Duct and turbine insulation, forging furnaces linings, high temperature seals and
gaskets

D-Anc Module

This module is a sliding type of module. D-Anc Module is supplied with an anchoring system
which mainly provides easiness in positioning module in any direction. These types of
modules are mainly used to make square pattern commonly needed for parquet
construction. These modules are available over a wide range of densities, thicknesses and
sizes.

D-Loc Module

D-Loc Module is manufactured from a spinning process which produces a long, tough fiber.
After needling these fibers, a high tensile and stable module is manufactured which can be
very efficiently used in a wide variety of thermal insulation applications. These modules are
available over a wide range of densities, thicknesses and sizes.
