cleaning the house, watching Netflix series, and cooking. I find pleasure in doing these things rather than going out or meeting people, doing the latter simply drains my energy. How do you spend your spare time? It varies, I mean, it depends on the amount of free time I have. A few weeks ago, I would normally immerse myself in a light novel during lunch breaks or after dinner, but these days, I’m just too busy with my work that the only thing I crave is some sleep, so all my spare time would be devoted to taking a quick nap. Do you have any hobbies? (include How did you become interested in that? How much time do you spend on that?) In my opinion, reading books is not my cup of tea. Instead, I prefer working yoga to help me be in shape. with thirty minutes a day, it can help me to relieve stress, strengthen immune system and broaden my perspective on life. I really believe that going to the gym can help you live a long and healthy life. As we get older we need to have more strength to do daily things in our life. So, doing yoga is a very good thing to do Do you prefer relaxing at home or going out in the evening? I prefer relaxing at home in the evening because it simply allows me to spend more quality times with my family where I can do and enjoy pretty much everything, like watching my favourite movies or playing video games, by laying on the sofa couch in the comfort of my home. When go out for the evening, what do you like to do? you know, for most girls, dressing up is an essential part before a night out, and I'm no exception. I take a keen interest in fashion, so it feels like my responsibility to choose the most appropriate outfit. I also love makeup, that's why I can never go out without putting on my lipstick. Is there any kind of entertainment you dislike? Of course, there are a few forms of entertainment I don't like at all. For example, I don't like to kills hours after hours watching TV or scrolling through Facebook posts cause it kill valuable times that could have been better utilised. Besides, playing risky games that poses health hazards are on my dislike list. Why do you think that people have hobbies? Well, I certainly believe that it’s very important for a person to have at least one hobby or free time activity of their own. This can either help you to relax yourself as you have been long time involved in work and study or calm you down, give you comfort when you are frustrated, like a stress reliever. In additional to that, it gives you a sense of accomplishment and a feeling of self-worth, which is essential for you, even sometime you can’t recognize.
