    + useful in places where the wind travels routinely -->

    + in order to reach faster wind speeds --> high
    altitudes--> taller turbines ---> impractical

    + blades like a regular turbine ----> work in a
    similar way as traditional turbine
    the traditional turbine is not really effective because they re expensive and it is only useful with the
    strong rountine winds which is rare in most of the land in the world and it also impractical to build
    the turbine taller to reach the higher altitudes
