DL AND LB TERMINOLOGY

Big Contain: A technique used when there is inside pressure and the ball is

Stem: Where the D-Line will align in a predetermined front and
shift to the huddle call on a “move” call.

Track Blitz: A technique used by defenders to draw his blitz line off the
hip of the OT.
