Total or Partial Cancellations received until 15 days before the date of arrival will have no penalties
Total or Partial Cancellations received between 14 and 5 days before the date of arrival will have a penalty charge equivalent to 50% of
the cancelled / reduced nights and will be charged to the credit card left as a guarantee.
Total or Partial Cancellations received from 4 days before the date of arrival will have a penalty charge equivalent to 100% of the
cancelled / reduced nights and will be charged to the credit card left as a guarantee.

No Shows: No-shows will result in a full 100% charge that the hotel will charge to the given credit card
