APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02

Series of 2020

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01, SERIES 2020

INVOLVING AN AMOUNT OF FIFTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN PESOS (P15, 153, 987.00) FOR BAYANIHAN
GRANT TO CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES (BGCM) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO.
NINO, CAGAYAN.

Be it ordained in Regular Session assembled:

Section 1. The Supplemental Budget of the Sto. Nino, Cagayan for Fiscal Year 2020 in the total amount
of fifteen million one hundred fifty three thousand nine hundred eighty seven pesos (P15, 153, 987.00) is
hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made integral part of this
Ordinance.

1. LBP Form No. 8

2. LBP Form No. 9
3. Procurement Plan for COVID 19 Mitigation (Drugs and Medicines)
4. Procurement Plan for COVID 19 Mitigation (Medical, Dental and Lab Supplies)
5. Procurement Plan for COVID 19 Mitigation (Supplies for Quarantine Facility)
6. Procurement Plan for COVID 19 Mitigation (Construction of the Quarantine Facility)

Section 2. Sources of Funds. The sources of Funds for the Supplemental Budget in the total amount of
fifteen million one hundred fifty three thousand nine hundred eighty seven pesos (P15, 153, 987.00) shall
be as follows:

Add: Bayanihan Grant to Cities and Municipalities

Section 3. Use of Funds. The Total amount of fifteen million 9ne hundred fifty three thousand nine
hundred eighty seven pesos (P15. 153, 987.00) is hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget of the
Local Government Unit, as follows:

Section 4. Separability Clause. If, for any reason, any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared
invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected thereby shall
continue to be in full force and effect.

Section 5. Effectivity. The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon approval by the
Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

Enacted this 4th day of May, 2020 at Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Sto. Nino, Cagayan.
