1.ADMINISTRATION ( ADMINISTRACION ) :
Business administration is an organizational method and practice, whose main objective
is to achieve the maximum possible benefit for an entity. You do this by organizing,
planning, directing, and controlling the resources at your disposal.
EXAMPLE : The administration of the company must be carried out by trained
personnel

2. LOGISTICS (LOGISTICA)

Logistics are all the operations carried out to make it possible for a product to reach the
consumer from the place where the raw materials are obtained, passing through the
place of its production.

3, OPTIMIZE (OPTIMIZAR)
Business optimization addresses problems by evaluating various limitations and
comparing the benefits of each possible solution.
EXAMPLE :
Maria seeks to optimize the company where she works
4. COMPANY (EMPRESA)

Entity in which capital and labor intervene as factors of production of industrial or


commercial activities or for the provision of services.
EXAMPLE
The bus transport company will renew its fleet of cars

5. BALANCE SHEET (BALANCE GENERAL)

The statement of financial position is an economic report that acts as a photograph that
reflects the financial situation of our company on a certain date
EXAMPLE: LAIVE yogurt company's balance sheet reflected increased earnings this year

6. PRODUCTION (PRODUCCION)

It is the set of various processes to which the raw material is subjected to transform it, in
order to produce a product for sale.
EXAMPLE :
Agricultural production decreased this year due to the high cost of fertilizers

7.MANUFACTURING (FABRICACION)
Manufacturing process of a product that is carried out with the hands or with the help of
machines.
EXAMPLE:
At these times of the year, appliance companies manufacture twice as many products

8.QUALITY (CALIDAD)
It is always keeping in mind the expectations of the clients, to be able to satisfy them to
the maximum and even exceed them, at the same time that a continuous improvement is
introduced in the organization to be able to always meet the established requirements.
EXAMPLE:
The good quality of a product speaks well of the company that makes it.
9.MANAGEMENT (GESTION)
It is the set of business activities carried out by a specialized person.
EXAMPLE:
A good management in a company, guarantees a good short and long-term operation of
this.

10.COSTS REDUCTION (REDUCCION DE COSTOS)


It is the process used by companies to reduce their costs and increase their profits.
EXAMPLE:
In these times of pandemic, most companies reduced their costs in order to survive this
crisis.

11.SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT (MEJORA DE SISTEMAS)


It refers to the fact that there is always a process of change, development and
possibilities for improvement.
EXAMPLE:
The continuous improvement of systems was essential for the high quality of production
that the allied company has.
12.ORGANIZATION (ORGANIZACION)
It is a social entity made up of two or more people who work in a coordinated way in a
specific external environment aiming at a collective objective.
EXAMPLE:
Within a company there are different organizations, which work together for the best
performance of this.

13.PRODUCTION FLOW (FLUJO DE PRODUCCION)


It is the path that the raw material follows from the moment it reaches the factory to the
product and is linked to the manufacturing technology.
EXAMPLE:
The flow of production in the mineral producing companies increased, due to the
restrictions imposed by the state.

14.RIKS ANALYSIS (ANALISIS DE RIESGO)


It consists of the systematic study of the potential threats that can affect a business
activity, in order to take measures to prevent and protect against them.
EXAMPLE:
The engineer performed a risk analysis which prevented many accidents throughout the
year.
