As a result, they would be more likely to be independent and decisive. This allows people easily to be
successful in the life

If you work for other employers, you will have to ask for your boss’s permission before making
decision, which makes you will be less decisive and may lose your opportunity in life.

Working for an employer is a better option

Main 1: Learning some specific experience related to their business without any risk

Exam, when running a company people might face to some obstacle. If they don’t have any onset
experience, they will struggle to come up with solutions and their business might die after a short
period.

Such as allowances, health care, education, which allow people have to chance for self-development

People’s opinion differ as to whether it is a good idea for young people to run their own business.
While others believe that being an employee is a better choice. I still believe that working for an
employer is a wisely option.

There are several reasons why young people want to be self-employed. Firstly, because people who
own a business have to cover every aspect of their company, so that, they can learn many useful
things. For example, when you are a manager of many staff, you will learn how to manage them
efficiently. As a result, you will broaden your manager abilities. Secondly, people can freely make
decision without asking anyone for advice. This allows people to be more likely to be independent
and decisive, which can help people easily to be successful in their life. If you work for other
employers, you will have to ask for your boss’s permission before making decision, which makes you
will be less decisive and may lose your opportunity.

On the spite of the above trend, I agree that working for an employer is a better option. When you
work for other employers, you can learn many specific experience from your manager such as how
to attract customers or problem solving. When running a company people might face to some
obstacle. If they don’t have any onset experience related to their business, they will struggle to come
up with solutions and their business might die after a short period. Furthermore, when you are an
employee of a large organization, you will receive many benefits from it such as allowances, health
care, education. This allows people gain a chance for self-development and more confident when
start their own company.

In conclusion, while running a company has some certain benefits, I still believe young individual
should work for an employer.
