Important Instructions for applying Online

1. Before Applying online, candidates must thoroughly check the vacancy distribution
available on ETEA Website.[Click here for vacancy distribution]

2. A candidate shall apply against the vacant posts which are available in his/her domicile
of District/Tehsil/Union Council (whichever Applicable).

3. In case, a candidate applied against a post that is not available in his/her domicile of
District/Tehsil/Union Council, his/her candidature will not be considered for test and
further process even after appearing in test.His/her deposited test fee will be treated as
forfeited in the favour of ETEA.

4. All candidates must apply for the desired posts online through ETEA’s Website
www.etea.edu.pk. Manual submission of application form is not admissible.

5. Upon successful submission of online application, a prescribed deposit slip (having

token number, project code and candidates’ personal information)will be
generated.Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test
fee and service charges if applicable, as per methods prescribed below

 Digital and Conventional Methods for Submission Test Fee

a) EASYPAISA MobileApp(free of charge)

b) EASYPAISA Agent on payment additional charges of Rs. 1.25%

c) JAZZCASH Mobile App (free of charge)

d) JAZZCASH Agent on payment additional charges of Rs. 1.25%

e) Any branch of UBL Bank (free of charge)

6. Upon successful submission of fee, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) duly
signed and stamped or message/receipt from respective digital payment agent, as
mentioned above, with yourself. Do not share it with anyone else.

7. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, if you have not been directed as
such. Copies of the testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the qualified
candidates as and when required by ETEA and/or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny
purposes.

8. Online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from

15th December 2021.

9. Last date for submission of online applicationform (including the depositing of test fee)
is 31st December 2021.

10. Candidates will be informed through SMS, ETEA official Facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/ETEAOFFICIALKP and ETEA Website www.etea.edu.pk to
download and print their Roll No. Slips.

11. Candidates must not provide ported/converted mobile number as their contact number.
In case a candidate has converted his mobile sim to other network or blocked the
promotional messages on his phone, he may not receive any message from ETEA.
Further, if the mobile phone is powered off or out of network coverage for 3 hours, the
message from ETEA will be automatically expired without delivering.

and information.

13. Test Date, Time and Venue will be mentioned on Roll Number Slip. No Separate Call
Letter will be issued to the candidates for the screening test.

14. ETEA has established dedicated Hotlines for Facilitation of the candidates. The contact

‫‪16. Candidates having dual domicile may ]click here[ to follow the procedure to submit‬‬
‫‪their requests for domicile change. No such request will be entertained after‬‬

‫‪17. Test center will be allocated on domicile basis of the candidates. Final test center‬‬
‫‪allocation to candidates will be the sole prerogative of ETEA.‬‬
