A. COVID-19: 133-day lockdown.
When and how did it start?
How has it affected everyday life?

Covid-19 lockdown
The lockdown started on March 20, 2020 with the first cases of Covid-19, most of them were
from Buenos Aires.
It affected my life in many ways. Principally, it affected my routine, I used to go swimming, to
guitar classes and I was starting to go to school and to English classes in ATICANA. Emotionally, it
didn´t go well, I felt sad and anxious for several weeks but with time I could overcome these
situations and my guitar teacher Anselmo taught me how to control anxiety through
diaphragmatic breathing. Most of the time I spend it playing videogames or reading, l read like
three books of Lobsang Rampa, a Tibetan monk that talks about his life and religion in his books,
and now I am reading a very interesting book about Buddhism called Unlocking the Mysteries of
Birth and Death: A Buddhist View of Life written by Daisaku Ikeda. From another point of view, my
mom didn´t like the quarantine from the beginning because she used to sell telekinos in the street
and she didn´t have other way to make money. So, after two weeks of lockdown, she started to
sell perfumes and disinfectants and luckily her health is ok. My little sister is passing the whole
quarantine watching Korean series in Netflix but well at least she does her homework.
I don´t agree with this quarantine policy because I think it´s useless, Argentina has the longest
lockdown of the world and the cases of Covid-19 keep going up and up. I think it would have been
better if we did like Sweden and not have a quarantine to gain the Herd immunity and apply the
lockdown only on vulnerable people. But still Sweden has a lot of deaths you may think and that’s
true, for these situation I know a very polemic and attacked solution. Since May I´ve been drinking
Chlorine Dioxide dissolved in water and I haven´t felt sick since then. I know that supposedly a kid
and a man died because of this substance this month but I don´t believe in this. There are a lot of
studies that prove the safety of this substance in little doses and I will put some references at the
end of text, so I don´t look like a liar or a crazy guy. However, this substance is extremely cheap
and effective, so I think it would be a good idea to apply it in all the country to destroy this virus,
but unfortunately I don´t think that will happen because the vaccine is a great business to
politicians and, especially, to the pharmaceutical industry.

B. Closed schools: arrival of distant learning.
