Job Description – Assistant Brand Manager

About The Moms Co.

The Moms Co. started their journey started back in 2012 and was born out of the
discussions with a simple question, “Why should finding something as simple as a
Natural Lotion be so hard for a Mom?”. The Moms Co. is hoping to provide a much
wider range of solutions as a horizontal brand. They work with experts across India,
Australia & Switzerland to create products that are Safe, Natural and meet the
highest standards for ingredient safety around the world. Today, they are on a
mission to help Moms make Safe, Natural, Effective choices.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a Brand Manager to work closely with our Head-Marketing to drive Brand
Awareness, grow our categories and build marketing funnels, leveraging content across
digital and offline platforms for growth.

• Analysing our brand positioning and consumer insights


• Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI
and KPIs
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, with a focus on
RoI of each
• Working with content teams to use content for acquisition & growth
• Building partnerships to drive acquisition and growth
• Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Devising innovative growth strategies
• Aligning the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

You should apply if:

• You have 5-7 years of experience scaling brands through digital and offline platforms
