ORDER BINDING DEFENDANT TO AWAIT ACTION OF THE GRAND JURY

AND SETTING BOND

The above-named defendant having been brought before the County Court for a preliminary
hearing on the above charge(s), waived his/her Preliminary Hearing, and the Court finds that it
appears that there is probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed, and that the
defendant committed it. The above-named defendant is hereby bound over to await the action of
the grand jury.

Further, the Prosecutor and Attorney for the Defense agree to bail in the above styled and
numbered cause and bail is set in the amount of $150,000.00 Bond on the charge(s) Capital
Murder, Agg. Assault, Shooting into Occ. Vehicle. ***Defendant shall be placed on GPS
monitoring at the defendant's expense not to exceed 270 days. Defendant shall have No
Contact with the Victim's family or his Co-defendants.***

Conditioned upon his/her appearance before the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of
Hinds County, Mississippi at the next regular term thereof to answer unto said charge(s) and to
there remain from day to day and term to term until discharged by law.

A copy of this Order shall be immediately delivered to the Hinds County District
Attorney's Office and the attorney for the defendant.
