Our Father, who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.

1. In your perspective, are we all sinners? Why or why not?
2. Have you ever forgiven someone who wronged or hurt you? What
does it feel to forgive someone who hurt you?
3. How do you seek forgiveness from others?

‘You know what we have done things in the past that we are not proud of. We
have all hurt loved ones or other people and made mistakes. Some of us have even
done things to others that we would describe as unforgivable. Forgiving others is hard,
but forgiving yourself can be even more difficult.’
