EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Pralotech Solutions is a leading System integrator in India providing complete turnkey solutions
on BOO & BOOT basis including facility management services, Smart Cards applications,
Document Management System (DMS), Work Flow Management and Manpower Deployment.
Pralotech Solutions has successfully completed many e-governance projects for the various
departments of Govt of Karnataka and has won accolades for its superior service delivery, timely
execution of projects and the quality of the deliverables. PRALOTECH SOLUTIONS is being
trusted by many clients who are looking for reliable and quality services for their business.
PRALOTECH SOLUTIONS is currently operating and managing in Bangalore and giving
services to e-commerce business services.
Pralotech Solutions adopted project team and dedicated organization structure. In project-based
organization, the project managers directors have a high level of power to oversee and control
the project assets. The project manager in this structure has downright power over the project
and can secure assets expected to fulfill project targets from inside then again outside the parent
organization, subject just to the extension, quality, furthermore, budget constraints are identified
in the project.
CHAPTER 1
Introduction about the Organization and Industry
The active participation of its multi-disciplinary Assignment Execution Team, Pralotech
Solutions has emerged as a leader in India and has established itself in the field of software
development, data processing, data conversion, digital printing, Digitization, System
integration, smart card personalization, IT facility management and other IT enabled services.
Pralotech Solutions LLP, incorporated in end of 2018, is a professionally managed, rapidly
growing, multifaceted Information technology company. The company is actively involved in
developing automation and e-Governance solutions for Transport, Social Security, Citizen
Identity, Education, Public Distribution System, Retail Management and a host of other
application areas.
In the project-based structure, staff is particularly relegated to the project and report
specifically to the project manager. The project manager is in charge of the execution
evaluation and vocation movement of all undertaking colleagues while on the project. This
prompts expanded project faithfulness. Complete line power over undertaking endeavors bears
the project manager solid undertaking controls and brought together lines of correspondence.
This prompts quick response time and enhanced responsiveness. In addition, project work

jQuery. Plus, anyone can create a course and share it with aspiring programmers.

It is a tool that analyses firm’s organizational design by looking at 7 key internal elements:
strategy, structure, systems, shared values, style, staff and skills, in order to identify if they are
effectively aligned and allow organization to achieve its objectives.
1. Strategy
i) Clearly defined
The strategic direction and the overall business strategy for Pralotech Solutions are clearly defined and
communicated to all the employees and stakeholders. Moreover, the business strategy’s definition and
communication also make operations for Pralotech Solutions more transparent and aligns the
responsibilities and actions of the company.
ii) Guiding behaviour for goal attainment
The strategic direction for Pralotech Solutions is also important in helping the business guide
employee, staff, and stakeholder behaviour towards the attainment and achievement of goals. SMART
Goals are set with short and long term deadlines in accordance with the business strategy. The business
strategy helps employees decide tactics and behaviours for attaining the set goals and targets to help the
business grow.
iii) Competitive pressures
The strategy addresses these competitive pressures through suggestive measures and actions to address
competition via strategic tactics and activities that ensure sustainability to Pralotech Solutions via
adapting to market changes, and evolving consumer trends and demands.

This is an important part of the strategic direction at Pralotech Solutions as it allows the company to
remain competitive and relevant to its target consumer groups, as well as allows the company to
identify demand gaps in the consumer market.

i) Organizational hierarchy
Pralotech Solutions has a flatter organizational hierarchy that is supported by learning and progressive
organizations. With lesser managerial levels in between and more access to the senior management and
leadership, the employees feel more secure and confident and also have higher access to information.
Moreover, the flatter hierarchy also allows quicker decision-making processes for Pralotech Solutions
and increases organizational commitment in the employees.
ii) Inter-Departmental coordination
All coordination between different departments is effective and organized. Pralotech Solutions has a
systematic process for initiating and monitoring coordination between departments to ensure smooth
work operations and processes and goal attainment.
iii) Internal team dynamics [department specific]
All employees at Pralotech Solutions are expected to be team players who can work well with and
through other members, and who get along well with other people. The teams at Pralotech Solutions are
supportive of all embers and work in synch with synergy towards achieving the broader team

These controls and measures are designed specifically in different departments based on the nature of
their tasks and responsibilities. Moreover, each department also designs specific controls for members
for performance evaluation, as well as for inter-departmental tasks and responsibilities.
iii) Monitoring and evaluating controls
Feedback to employees and overall department heads is informally given regularly as and when is
required. Formal evaluation of performance is also conducted semiannually – or quarterly, depending
on the need and the urgency of the projects and assigned tasks. This is a formal process that is
undertaken by supervisors and managers to ensure the identification of performance lags, and
suggestive means of improvement.

capacities for the organization. The human resource function of the business has a systematic process

need, the human resource department arranges for recruitments which may be permanent or contractual
in nature, as well as arranges training sessions if need be for the current workforce.

SWOT ANALYSIS
Over the past three decades, PRALOTECH SOLUTIONS has established itself as a pioneer in
software research, and has continued to systematically invest in research and innovation. In this
fast-changing world, exploration of early-stage disruptive technologies is the key to managing
technology risk and staying relevant to our customers. By creating tools and frameworks for
software development, PRALOTECH SOLUTIONS has been able to deliver large and complex
projects for customers around the world. This has paved the way for a fast-growing research
ecosystem that brings together stakeholders from across the organization, industry, and
academia. At PRALOTECH SOLUTIONS, we work on diverse research areas to develop
transformative solutions under two distinct heads:
Human Resource stood out to me among other specification. I noticed the high level of detail
in the job description for the HR Internship position and the coverage of all areas in the
“expected job duties” of HR including recruiting, training, employee relations, and benefits. I
knew that I wanted to work in HR, but was unsure which aspect of HR I would enjoy most. An
internship where I would be responsible for performing menial administrative tasks would not
help me explore this. Therefore, I sought to gain valuable professional experience relevant to
my career goals. As an HR Intern at Pralotech Solutions I have accomplished exactly that.I
have assisted with the internal recruiter by calling candidates, administering assessments to
candidates, and performing reference checks. It is very rewarding to see candidates I spoke to
begin their new positions at Pralotech Solutions. It feels great knowing I played a part in
helping someone get a new job. I have worked on creating training presentations for internal
employees and I conducted training during a new-hire orientation. I was assigned a mentor
who was very helpful in answering any concerns or questions. My mentor provided me with
guidance and support and answered all questions I had during the internship.
I was given a good balance of guidance and freedom to complete these assignments. The
projects allowed me to interact with other departments at Pralotech Solutions including the
Sales & Marketing team and On-site Management. This was beneficial because I was able to
learn more about the role that each department plays at Pralotech Solutions. The projects that I
worked on strengthened my critical thinking and project management skills. My ability to
work collaboratively with others to achieve goals has been refined. Now that the projects are
ending, I am proud of the work that I completed during my HR internship. It feels great
knowing I was able to contribute to a successful company while gaining valuable professional
experience.
