INVITATION TO TENDER FOR GEOSPATIAL MARKET AND MANPOWER STUDY

1 The Singapore Land Authority (“SLA”) is inviting tenders for Geospatial Market
and Manpower study on the terms and conditions stipulated in the tender
documents issued under this Invitation to Tender (Tender Ref No. PT21-36/7-
9/29).

2 This Invitation to Tender contains this Tender Notice and the following:

All tender documents comprised in this Invitation to Tender can be obtained from
the GeBIZ (Government Electronic Business) Internet Homepage at
http://www.gebiz.gov.sg/ (“the GeBIZ website”).

3 Any business, company, limited partnership or limited liability partnership

which –

a. is a registered GeBIZ trading partner; and

b. (where applicable) meets the other eligibility criteria stipulated in
paragraph 3 of the Instructions to Tenderers,

is eligible to participate in this Invitation to Tender.

4 All tenders must be submitted electronically to SLA through GeBIZ in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers (Part 1 of the Invitation to
Tender). The closing date for the submission of tenders is no later than
4.00pm sharp (Singapore Time) on 10 January 2022 (Monday).

5 A virtual tender briefing via Microsoft Teams will be held at the date, time and
venue specified below:

Date : 22 December 2021 (Wednesday)

Time : 1100 hrs

Attendance at this tender briefing is not compulsory for all tenderers.

5A Tenderers are required to confirm their attendance with the following officers
by email which emails must be received no later than 21 December 2021
(Tuesday). The Tenderer shall indicate the name(s), designation(s) and
contact details of (not more than) two (2) persons duly authorised by the
Tenderer to attend the Tender Briefing:

 All enquiries must reach SLA not later than ten (10) calendar days (inclusive
of public holidays in Singapore) before the closing date for the submission of
tenders.

7 Any change or amendment to any of the tender documents comprised in this

Invitation to Tender or any response by SLA to clarifications requested before
the closing date for submission of tenders shall be published on the GeBIZ
website and shall constitute sufficient notice to all interested tenderers. It is the
responsibility of each interested tenderer to check the GeBIZ website for any
such change, amendment or response and to take into account all such
changes, amendments and responses before submitting its tender.
