Terdapat perbedaan kenaikan yang cukup signifikan terhadap waktu pendarahan di t 0 dengan t 14 pada
dosis 50 mg dan dosis 200 mg, sedangkan terdapat kenaikan yang cukup signifikan terhadap waktu
koagulasi di t 0 ke t 14 di dosis 50 mg dan 100 mg. Sehingga diambil data dosis 50 mg dari ekstrak yang
menunjukkan kenaikan yang cukup signifikan terhadap waktu pendarahan dan waktu koagulasi.
