1. First plug in what you intend to manifest in the "= manifesting" section. 2. From there, write down a thought in the "thought" section that you can start thinking right now the supports you being able to have that thing. 3. Write down the FEELING of what having this thing would provide for you. 4. Now begin to start thinking that thought (without forcing), while feeling the feeling you wrote down, and be open to whatever inspired action you feel called to take. Leave this spot blank until it comes to you. (And it will ALWAYS come to you- just quiet your mind and be open to the inspired action).
