HYPERTENSION:

 INTRODUCTION:
Blood pressure can be defined as the pushing of blood against the wall of
arteries. The blood is then circulated to the other parts of body from arteries
through heart.When the blood pressure is higher than normal so its called
hypertension or High blood pressure. It’s a medical problem so if a person is
hypertensive the more is the risk for other health problems such as heart disease,
heart attack and stroke.

a. Identify and mention the main problem that is discussed in the video.
A: Over a billion people around the world is hypertensive. High blood pressure is
the serious problem for the blood vessels because it causes wear and tear on the
endothelial cells that lined inside the blood vessels. Always under high blood
pressure blood vessels can cause tiny cracks and tears that can cause Myocardial
infaction, Aneurysm and stroke.

A: Following are some of the method which is applied to collect data are:
1) Ambulatory monitoring
2) Electrocardiogram
3) Lab tests
4) Echocardiogram

By this tests researchers collect data about the hypertensive

patients.

A. The conclusion given in the end is about the treatment of the hypertension. So
the first choice for the treatment of hypertension is life style changes, like changes
in the diet, exercise and stress reduction techniques.In addition there are variety of
Antihypertensive medication that also might be given in some cases as well for
getting rid of hypertension upto some extent.

e. Convert the content of that video into a written executive summary?
A. PURPOSE:
The aim of the research is to evaluate the risk factors for hypertension.
The report also aims to understand how these risks can be handled to avoid
incidences of many diseases caused due to high blood pressure.
 METHOD:
Published clinical trials of hypertension risk factors studies were
recognised by a search of EMBASE and MEDLINE databases with keywords
blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, stroke or cardiovascular disease, or prospective
study, and meta-analysis, all caused due to high blood pressure.
 RESULT:
The findings of this review are that the prevention of Hypertension
starts with identifying risk factors for high blood pressure, most of the
patients diagnosed with hypertension have various risk factors.
Consequently, it is a very significant to identify all the risk factors for
hypertensive patient as well as to teach how to dominate them.

 RECOMMENDATION:
The use of the balanced diet as well as to do exercise daily and stress
reduction techniques will be on the peak to prevent an individual from the
hypertension.
 CONCLUSION:
After summarising all the studies mentioned in this report, it can be
established that hypertension are a stroke risk factors and correlated in
patients with atherosclerosis.
