Sequence for harmonizing internal and external cycles

Internal cycles are those within us (physiological, psychological, ect) and we have more of direct control
under these with our free Will.

External processes is everything beyond and above our reach happening and occurring. We can influence
those indirectly and under them we have less of direct pure influence so our Will can influence but not fully
control those cycles.

When two processes are harmonized with Norm of Creator and harmonized with each-other everything
starts and continues to be perfectly balanced.
