schools in Thai Binh province.

Because I have been observing and listening to these field issues from my relatives.
Furthermore, my parents are directly involved in this field so more than anyone they will
understand the issues in this industry.

4. What is the expected contribution of your own research?

 Contribute solutions and suggestions given to school administrators.

 Discover new knowledge about this field.
