Who we are
Our company specializes in project management in new construction using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber)
technologies.
With different subcontracting organizations, we carry out the design of the construction of buildings, all
its engineering systems, as well as the design of interiors with the subsequent supply of all the basic elements -
windows, heating and ventilation equipment, doors, electrical parts, etc.
The owners and managers of the project have extended experience in managing of such plant-scaled projects:
• Oleg Gromov, a previous programmer, currently owns a business selling kitchens, home equipment and
furniture. He has dealership relations with more than 100 factories in Italy.
• Andrey Vovchenko, a power-energetics engineer and economist by education, many years of experience as a
banker and as a private investor: 9 years in a project for the development and production of solar heating
systems.
• Oleg Volkov, successful businessman, owned three industrial plants in Russia. Currently, Volkov is developing a
project for the production of CLT panels on the basis of his plant in Vladivostok region in Russia.
Investor to ongoing project - Mall “Improve USA” in Atlanta, USA (similar to Improve Canada in Vaughan, ON).
• Roberto Cappellazzo, owner and CEO of WoodCape srl, Italy (www.woodcape.it), the industrial and
construction company, about 20 years specialized on CLT technology, having deep knowledge, skills and
experience in CLT processing, design and construction.

1. Covered area for CLT-slabs unloading and storage (800 m2);
2. CNC machine workshop for cutting and processing of CLT-slabs (1600 m2);

5. Warehouse for heating, ventilation and plumbing fixtures (400 m2);

• CNC setting-up and put into operation (January-February 2021)

Environmentally- friendly production

result any emissions
• Workshop heating shall be done using industrial
